Head of Marketing - Remote Staffing

About the Role

Boogie Team is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and help grow our client base in the United States.

We connect U.S. businesses with skilled remote professionals and virtual assistants and we are looking for someone who already understands how to successfully market and grow a business like ours.

This role will take ownership of marketing strategy team execution lead generation and overall growth initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to generate qualified employer leads improve client acquisition and turn marketing efforts into measurable revenue growth.

This role requires more than two years of experience working with a successful remote staffing or virtual assistant agency serving U.S. clients with direct responsibility for measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on acquiring U.S. business clients.
• Lead marketing campaigns across paid advertising organic channels content and lead generation initiatives.
• Build and improve marketing funnels that convert employer inquiries into booked sales calls and new clients.
• Manage and guide marketing team members freelancers or external partners to ensure strong execution.
• Track qualified leads conversion rates customer acquisition costs revenue contribution and other key marketing metrics.
• Improve Boogie Teams messaging positioning and campaigns within the remote staffing and VA market.
• Work closely with leadership and sales to align marketing activities with company growth goals.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience with a successful remote staffing or virtual assistant agency serving U.S. clients .
• Proven responsibility for marketing initiatives that directly contributed to measurable business growth.
• Strong understanding of how to market staffing outsourcing or virtual assistant services to U.S. business owners.
• Experience with lead generation digital marketing paid advertising funnels and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns budgets team members and performance targets.
• Ability to clearly demonstrate results such as increased qualified leads booked sales calls clients acquired or revenue growth.
• Strong English communication leadership analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head of Marketing Marketing Director Growth Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Experience scaling the marketing function of a staffing outsourcing or virtual assistant agency.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Google Ads CRM platforms marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Experience marketing B2B services to small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
• Strong understanding of lead qualification B2B sales funnels and marketing attribution.
