THE ROLE Multimedia Designer We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join the Paid Social team at Quince. This hybrid role blends motion and static design: you will edit compelling video and design a range of creative assets across multiple channels—TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and Meta—owning creative projects from research and brainstorming through to final execution. You will partner closely with Creative Strategists, Brand Creative, merchandisers, and copywriters, Paid Social channel managers to deliver multiple creative solutions for advertising campaigns that fuse elevated storytelling with best-in-class digital commerce. Success in this role means moving fast, testing often, and consistently producing high-quality, brand-right work across both video and static formats. Responsibilities Produce best-in-class video and static creative for the Quince Canada English and French customer across paid social channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Meta and other channels), owning projects from concept through final execution. Concept and test ad variations, using data and analytics to guide design decisions and drive performance. Develop and maintain brand-right templates and graphic standards that can be replicated and scaled across franchises. Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Brand Creative, merchandisers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life, and present work to leadership—adjusting based on feedback. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all output meets Quince brand standards and is delivered on time and on budget. Qualifications Required 5+ years of combined experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally at brand-focused companies; prior experience as a mid-level designer. Associate's degree (minimum) in graphic design or a related field. An up-to-date digital portfolio demonstrating proficiency in performance creative across both static and video work. (Please submit a portfolio to be considered). Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics. Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills. Hands-on experience with social media and the digital advertising landscape. Highly organized and able to multitask, managing multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining high-quality brand standards. Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where workflows change and move rapidly. Proactive, highly motivated team player with exceptional communication skills. Experience in the retail/apparel industry is a plus. Pay Range: $77,000 - $89,000 All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.
