Associate Project Manager – Washington, DC A rapidly growing construction and engineering firm is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join its Washington, DC team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their project management career while working on complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects alongside experienced industry leaders. Responsibilities Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure schedules and deliverables are met. Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, and project documentation. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress while identifying potential risks and solutions. Participate in client, contractor, and stakeholder meetings. Support field operations teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 1–5 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, or capital projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience managing project documentation, schedules, and coordination activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is preferred.
