Role Description The Order Management Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at Russo Produce Co’s Syracuse, NY facility. This role is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and processing customer orders, ensuring that all details are complete and correct. Daily tasks include managing incoming sales orders, confirming product availability, updating order status, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to support timely fulfillment. The representative will communicate with customers to clarify order requirements, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates on deliveries. The role also involves monitoring order data, identifying issues or trends, and supporting improvements to order management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Order Management and Order Processing skills to handle high volumes of customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Candidates should possess experience working with Sales Orders, including creation, review, and tracking within business systems. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret order data, identify discrepancies, and support process improvements. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and vendors. Basic proficiency with office and order management software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or inventory systems) is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced wholesale or distribution environment are preferred.
