About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter (m/w/d) for Talent Acquisition to join our team in Karlsruhe. Identify, approach, and engage qualified professionals for various roles, including specialists and leadership positions. Build and maintain a long-term talent pool to ensure quick access to qualified candidates and foster a strong network of potential hires. Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Participate in strategic projects aimed at optimizing recruitment workflows and enhancing employer branding initiatives.
