What this job involves As a Senior Property Associate at JLL, you will take on expanded responsibilities in property operations at an Office building in downtown Seattle while serving as a key liaison between tenants, property managers, vendors and other stakeholders. You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations and deliver superior customer service. You will lead specialized projects, mentor new team members and support essential administrative functions. This role offers an opportunity to grow your career in commercial property management. What your day-to-day will look like Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues Support property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases Oversee financial operations including AP/AR processing, budget variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting preparation Manage vendor coordination and work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients Support lease administration activities including tenant move-in processes, document filing, and communication coordination Lead tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experience Support other tasks as required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or to ensure smooth property operations On-site presence required Complete job description available on JLL’s internal portal Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field

1. 2 years of experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Kardin, MRI)
2. 3 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management

2-3 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing role Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Compensation Estimated compensation for this position: 65,395.00 - 80,000.00 USD per year Note: This range is an estimate; final compensation depends on qualifications, location and other factors.
