Summary

We’re looking for an individual who thrives on selling technology solutions and services. A successful candidate understands how to quickly understand a client’s state, can articulate and present compelling change propositions while differentiating yourself. As part of the Key Code Media sales team, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing a sales pipeline, and closing business opportunities. Our most successful sales representatives are driven professionals who are excited about helping clients build better video and audio workflows.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Cultivate new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
\n
• Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
\n
• Develop sales strategies aligned with company goals.
\n
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
\n
• Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts.
\n
• Represent Key Code Media at industry events and conferences.
\n
• Conduct regular customer meetings to understand needs, present solutions, and drive engagement
\n
• Accurately manage and forecast pipeline activity using the company CRM and participate in weekly and monthly forecast reviews with management
\n
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, vendors, and key stakeholders
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
\n
• 7+ years of sales experience, including 3–5 years within the media and entertainment industry
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling and ROI-driven value articulation
\n
• Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills
\n
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and quoting tools; experience managing territories within a CRM platform
\n
• Proven ability to develop business plans, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
\n
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven, “hunter” sales mindset
\n

• Experience with economic justification models (i.e. ROI models and executive summaries)

• Strong presentation skills - experience presenting to customers and small audiences

• Ability to manage territory business via a CRM

• Create and implement a territory business plan
\n
• Strong communication and time management skills, with experience using a CRM
\n
• Ability to work independently and in teams
\n
• Must be able to prioritize and multitask
