Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in a Stepdown or progressive care unit
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a new facility and routines quickly

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients transitioning from intensive care, providing specialized, high-acuity nursing vigilance
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and coordinate patient care plans
