Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the critical bridge between our product development and marketing teams. Responsibilities Channel Strategy and Growth: Design, lead and optimize overarching digital marketing strategies to aggressively drive customer acquisition and increase lifetime value Conversion Rate Optimization: Own the Shopify buyer journey by analyzing traffic data, implement A/B testing, and utilizing advanced merchandising tactics to turn site visitors into paying customers Marketplace Domination (Amazon): Strategically manage our Amazon presence by overseeing SEO keyword integration, directing A+ content creation, and actively managing/optimizing PPC campaign budgets to capture market share Affiliate Network Expansion: Actively recruit top-tier influencers and publishers, negotiate commission structures, and scale our affiliate programs into a major revenue driver Data-Driven Content Leadership: Develop high-level content strategies for SEO and lifecycle marketing. Translate raw data into actionable insights to pivot active campaigns and hit revenue targets Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with Marketing focus or equivalent marketing experience 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce, direct-to-consumer brands, or retail Advanced experience managing Shopify storefronts with a focus on CRO Proven track record of scaling Amazon Vendor Central accounts, including deep knowledge of Amazon SEO, A+ content, and PPC campaign management High proficiency in data analytics, native platform data, and A/B testing tools. Must possess the ability to not just read reports, but translate complex data into actionable revenue-driving strategies Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO, with the ability to build overarching content strategies that drive organic lead generation and support paid funnels Highly proactive with a proven ability to manage marketing budgets, own campaign KPIs, and work autonomously to hit target ROI and revenue goals Bilingual in Korean and English is highly preferred Salary Range: $60K ~ $75K Cuckoo Electronics America is an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
