Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Opportunity

Waynesburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a 111-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Part-Time Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic and experienced roster of staff members who are known throughout the community for their longevity and commitment to providing exceptional care.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Waynesburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each patient, as well as promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and performing various treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
