Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed in state

• Shift hours: 0800-1630

Ada, Oklahoma offers access to small-city living with nearby outdoor recreation and regional attractions.
