Duties and Responsibilities: Support senior attorneys in defending insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, and complex casualty matters. Assist with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Collaborate with the team on case strategy and resolution. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active FL bar. 1-4 years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience (junior level encouraged).
