Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze complex insurance and reinsurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters. Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation involving high-exposure and complex claims. Manage cases from initial analysis through discovery, motion practice, and resolution. Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys on strategic coverage advice and litigation strategy. Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings as needed.
