Key Responsibilities Own new-hire onboarding coordination for Operations from acceptance through field readiness. Guide new employees through required steps, answer questions, and follow up until onboarding is complete. Communicate start dates, reporting instructions, site contacts, travel or lodging details, and first-day expectations Maintain onboarding trackers, employee rosters, contact lists, crew information, and project records Track onboarding, orientation, training, site access, badging, and mobilization readiness Support vendor, subcontractor, rental-equipment, delivery, and service-call coordination at the direction of field leadership Qualifications Highschool degree or higher Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently and professionally No prior construction experience required; training will be provided Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and people skills Comfort working with field personnel and a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
