Although primarily conducted online, you will be part of a cohesive team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, all working collaboratively to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, allowing for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to address each client’s unique issues and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, helping them understand the treatment process and encouraging involvement in their loved ones’ recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
