Kane County Longterm Facility - Marketing Liaison – Healthcare Industry An established and rapidly growing healthcare company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Liaison to support census development and referral relationships for an skilled nursing facility in the Kane County IL Vicinity. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources. Promote facility services and ensure seamless transitions for new admissions. Conduct community outreach to enhance brand visibility and occupancy. Collaborate with facility administrators and regional leadership to drive marketing strategy and execution. Track referral trends and provide regular reporting on outreach efforts and outcomes. Ideal Candidate Experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in skilled nursing or post-acute care. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working in the field and across multiple sites.
