Who: A growing professional services organization is seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Senior Accountant who is independent, resourceful, and highly collaborative.
What: This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, leverage Sage Intacct, and contribute to accurate financial reporting while partnering closely with leadership.
When: This is an immediate hiring need as the company continues to experience strong growth.
Where: This position is based in Kennesaw, GA with a hybrid schedule of four days in-office and one day remote.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and assist a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
● Proven experience in a hands-on accounting role
● Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
● Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude
● Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
● Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset
