This role is for late afternoon/evenings and weekends.

 

Responsibilities:

•Oversee the day-to-day operations of the therapy office.

•Provide exceptional customer service to parents, children, and staff.

•Answer and manage phone calls , scheduling, and inquiries.

•Maintain accurate records, documents, and appointment schedules.

•Ensure the office remains well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

•Assist therapists with administrative tasks and support.

•Coordinate billing, payments, and insurance-related matters as needed.

•Greet and assist families with a professional and friendly demeanor .

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in office management, healthcare, or a therapy-related setting preferred.

•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

•Ability to work well with children and families in a professional setting.

• Proficient in handling phone calls, scheduling, and administrative duties .

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of insurance processes and medical billing is a plus.
