About the Role

The Company is a Judeo-Christian alliance dedicated to the defense of Armenia's sovereignty, security, and religious freedom. The organization is seeking an Executive Director to lead its core activities, which include coalition growth, stakeholder mobilization, and U.S. policy advocacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the organization's strategy into tangible results and ensuring that annual goals are met. This role requires a clear-thinking, goal-driven individual who can work effectively to keep the long-term survival of Armenia visible and actionable for decision-makers. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of the organization's efforts to convene faith leaders, engage U.S. policymakers, and strengthen strategic partnerships in support of Armenia. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be prepared for a remote leadership role that involves regular travel to Washington, DC, and New York, as well as periodic trips to Armenia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit management, with experience in coalition building, advocacy, and policy influence. A deep understanding of the issues facing Armenia and a commitment to the values of the organization are essential. The role demands a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with a diverse set of stakeholders and is adept at translating vision into action. A proven track record in achieving measurable results and a goal-oriented approach are also key requirements for this position.
