Shipping And Receiving Clerk HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping And Receiving Clerk to join our team.This position requires close coordination with the purchasing, stockroom, and quality assurance teams to maintain efficient inventory control and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the flow of materials within our facility according to company and FAA standards. If you take pride in precision and efficiency, we encourage you to apply and grow your career in the aerospace industry with HEICO.Key Responsibilities include:Packaging and labeling boxes and crates for shipment according to company and carrier standards.Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of received goods and confirm delivery information against purchase orders and shipping documentationEnter receipt details into the company's ERP systemLabel and route materials to the appropriate departmentsPerform data entry related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking systems.Assist with resolving discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or documentationPrepare and verify shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading and shipping labels.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Perform general warehouse tasks.Operate forklift to move, load and unload materials.Other duties as assigned by management.Skills/Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED required12 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operationsBasic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.Familiarity with shipping and receiving software preferred (FedEx, UPS)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders and shipping and receiving documentsGood communication and teamwork skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.Must be able to operate or be willing to learn to operate a forklift and obtain certification upon hire.This is a great position for someone who loves challenges, a chance to learn an exciting business, and looking for an opportunity to move up in a successful company.HEICO Corporation offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits:Health, Vision & Dental insurance401(k) with company matchDisability & Life insuranceFlexible spending accountsPaid time off and paid holidays
