Pricing Coordinator

Manage, complete, and respond to daily pricing requests in alignment with assigned deadlines and service level agreements for new and existing customers within a designated mode, product, or trade lane. Ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory policies prior to pricing, including validation against restricted or prohibited commodities and identification of embargoed countries. Document detailed notes for each pricing activity, clearly outlining pricing methodology to support effective handoff to operations teams upon award. Track, monitor, and report monthly progress toward assigned goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure access to the most current accessorial charge pricing, enabling accurate door-to-door pricing when required. Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement in pricing quality, efficiency, and win ratios. #J-18808-Ljbffr
