What You'll Be Doing As a Line Cook at Weller's Bistro, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional dining experience our guests have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking a variety of scratch-made German dishes with precision and care. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Following recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. Assisting with food prep and inventory management as needed. Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Line Cook who is passionate about food and eager to contribute to our mission of offering authentic German cuisine. Here’s what we’re looking for: At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
