About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Financial Planning and Analysis to oversee all financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual budget, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes, as well as providing in-depth financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership. This role requires a keen eye for monitoring business performance, analyzing variances, and identifying both risks and opportunities. The VP FP&A will also be tasked with developing financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and resource allocation, and preparing executive and Board-level financial reporting and presentations. Applicants for the VP FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance experience, including leadership in FP&A, is required. The role demands a professional with strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills, as well as a proven ability to influence executive leadership and partner across functions. Experience with ERP and financial planning systems is also preferred. The VP FP&A will be expected to lead, develop, and mentor the FP&A team, and drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, reporting, and systems.
