Contract-to-hireNYCDo not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESDrive sales growth and execution throughout the assigned Greater New York territoryBuild profitable volume through expanded distribution, merchandising excellence, and strong promotional executionConduct route rides, crew drives, distributor market visits, and conduct influential accounts calls to strengthen retail execution and identify growth opportunitiesSecure new points of distribution, displays, secondary placements, cold box opportunities, and incremental shelf spaceEducate, motivate, and support distributor sales teams through scheduled trainings and regular market engagementEnsure flawless execution of promotional programs, including displays, planogram compliance, point-of-sale placement, and feature activityAnalyze market trends, competitive activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actionsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing and leadership teams to support launches, demos, sampling initiatives, and local market activationsCommunicate market opportunities, execution updates, and challenges clearly and consistently to internal stakeholdersContinuously prioritize territory focus based on retailer initiatives, seasonal opportunities, promotional calendars, and new product launchesRepresent the product and organization with professionalism, energy, and a growth-oriented mindset in the marketplaceQUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in beverage, Client, food service, or consumer packaged goods salesExperience working with distributors, retailers, and/or DSD environments strongly preferredStrong relationship-building and communication skillsHighly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently xhyhwjd and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic sales reporting toolsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance requiredAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbsWillingness to travel throughout the Greater New York territoryWORK ENVIRONMENTBased in the greater New York area; Manhattan or Brooklyn preferredDaily Travel throughout the Great New York City market
