As Executive Chef , you’ll oversee all food production for outlets and banquets, guiding the team with a blend of creativity, precision, and leadership. Salary: $95,000 - $100,000

Your Role:

As Executive Chef, you’ll set the tone and direction for the entire kitchen operation. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation across outlets and events.
• Develop menus and specials while managing food and labor costs.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate all kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and professional environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain scheduling and staffing levels based on business needs.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments and hotel leadership to support overall success.
• Respond to guest feedback and adjust operations to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in budget planning and manage expenses within set targets.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or culinary leader, ideally in a hotel or banquet environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food cost controls, safety standards, and staffing best practices.
• Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers Certification (as required by state).
• Ability to work long hours on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
