This is a full-time, open-rank academic position in an innovative and growing program that serves as a regional referral center for complex benign gynecologic conditions. About the Division of Complex and Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery. The Division provides comprehensive surgical care for patients with complex gynecologic conditions including, but not limited to, endometriosis, large-volume fibroids, pelvic pain, adhesions, isthmoceles, C-section scar ectopic pregnancies, adnexal pathology, abnormal uterine bleeding, and congenital anomalies. The Division emphasizes minimally invasive laparoscopic, robotic, hysteroscopic, and/or vaginal surgical techniques and is committed to advancing the field through research, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced minimally invasive, laparoscopic, robotic, hysteroscopic, and/or vaginal surgical care for complex benign gynecologic conditions. Participate in the education of medical students and OB/GYN residents through clinical teaching and simulation training. Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives within gynecologic surgery. Engage in clinical or translational research aligned with Division priorities. Support the development of a formal referral program and interdisciplinary partnerships.
