Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist working with a PreK population in a supportive, collaborative setting. This onsite role will be based at an early learning and literacy center and involves helping young learners develop their communication skills alongside another experienced, full-time SLP. The position offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) through the school year, with immediate interviews available for a September 10th start.

Key Qualifications:

• Current professional license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued, but not required
• Ability to navigate and complete time-sensitive credentialing and onboarding processes efficiently
• Strong teamwork skills to partner with existing staff for optimal support
• Communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to PreK students in an early learning classroom environment
• Assess and evaluate students’ needs, track progress, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain required documentation, service logs, and timely data reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaboration sessions, and regular communication with multidisciplinary team members
• Provide guidance and recommendations to staff and caregivers to enhance student outcomes
