Step into a fulfilling contract position as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working with a dynamic PreK community and impacting early learners' communication skills. This full-time opportunity is based on-site, offering the chance to collaborate alongside another experienced SLP at a well-resourced early learning center. Your expertise will help shape students' future academic success through targeted speech and language interventions.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current professional license in Speech-Language Pathology required
• School-based experience is strongly preferred, but skilled candidates from other backgrounds will be considered
• Background in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in children
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work collaboratively with educational teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation and evidence-based therapy services to PreK students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching and support staff
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all required district onboarding and procedural steps
• Support and partner with another full-time SLP at the center, pooling resources and strategies
• Work closely with families to foster positive communication outcomes
