Knowledge of Key Gear and Industry Brands – Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of tactical equipment (armor carriers, pouches, comms systems, helmets) and follow leading brands like Crye Precision, Spiritus Systems, Ferro Concepts, Haley Strategic, and emerging designers. A Portfolio of Load-Out Experience – As part of the interview process, we’ll review your past and current load‑outs. Extra consideration is given to applicants who have experience using AXL products.
