Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to confidently understand clients' mental health challenges, resources, and strengths.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment methods to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy, tailoring interventions to promote healing and personal growth.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions to support clients' progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary to support clients facing immediate concerns.

• Lead support groups, psychoeducational workshops, and group therapy sessions to enhance community support structures for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
