Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Engage with clients in both individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on issues affecting family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of challenges, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts within families

• Grief and loss
\n
• Job-related stress

• Communication barriers and relationship strains

• Adjustment issues due to separation and divorce

• Dynamics related to blended families and remarriage

• Document client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic outcomes accurately and timely.
