We are also focused on bringing you state-of-the art presentation and a safe environment for you to experience it.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings strong technical accounting expertise. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting operational leaders with accurate financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsMaintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAPAnalyze financial results and provide variance explanations to managementSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization to support key initiatives and processesIdentify opportunities to streamline processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field4–7 years of accounting experienceExperience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) requiredStrong understanding of GAAPAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in multi-location retail, entertainment, or hospitality environments is a plusPlease note this role is at our Los Angeles Corporate Office in West Hollywood.Salary Range$85,000 - $95,000 USDThis is an Onsite PositionFOR CALIFORNIA APPLICANTS ONLY: Please read and review our Notice to California Applicants.
