Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule: Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 48.00 per week

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the telemetry field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to coordinate patient care.
• Implement and evaluate care plans and interventions to promote patient health and safety.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health information and treatment plans.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
