Responsibilities Accurately and timely perform core billing responsibilities as assigned. Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant customers, systems, processes, and billing requirements. Adhere to established procedures and escalation protocols. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all billing tasks. Meet productivity targets and adhere to strict billing deadlines. Effectively communicate billing-related issues or queries to the appropriate teams. Respond positively to coaching and demonstrate continuous improvement. Engage in cross-training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Work towards becoming proficient in performing assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post‑secondary education is an asset. Prior experience in a billing or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
