This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties. Personnel management and program coordination, including ensuring staff complete orientation and ongoing training. Monitor all aspects of the program, including developing individual goals and plans and implementing the program. Assure coordination and management of the overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the programs, guiding and directing the designee of the site. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a human services field of study preferred. 2‑3 years of experience in management and working with developmental disabilities. Prior experience in developing and implementing participant programs, budgeting and supervising employees. Demonstrated good decision‑making, time‑management and communication skills; responsible, mature and flexible. Good communication is key: reading, writing and documenting care, following support plans and collaborating with internal and external team members. Hours & Schedule Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to be on call when needed, including weekends and odd hours.
