Business Development Representative

Rufus Labs

At Rufus Labs , we’re on a mission to transform warehouse and supply chain operations through the most advanced wearable technology and AI-powered software platform in the industry. Our flagship product, WorkHero , helps warehouses double their productivity by blending human automation, warehouse labor optimization & analytics, and smart barcode scanning tech. We work with industry leaders in 3PL, eCommerce, manufacturing, and distribution. Now, we’re looking for a hungry, high-energy SDR contractor to help us expand our reach and fill our sales pipeline with qualified prospects. Contract to full-time potential. What You’ll Do Prospect and conduct cold outreach to logistics, warehouse, and distribution leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Identify and qualify decision-makers (Director of Ops, IT, Warehouse Managers). Book calendar-confirmed, high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team. Use our messaging framework and CRM (HubSpot) to track and report lead activity. Collaborate with Rufus marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies. Compensation Salary + % commission on closed-won deals sourced by you Who You Are A self-starter with prior SDR or BDR experience (preferably in SaaS or logistics). Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms. Excellent communicator with strong work ethic and accountability.
