Great benefits, pay, and incentives Exceptional brand recognition and industry-leading technology Stability - we are a Fortune 50 company Task variety - no two days are the same Fast-paced environment for independent work Robust employee development program Large Pepsi portfolio Family atmosphere culture Day-to-Day Responsibilities Primary store-level salesperson for large format accounts such as supermarkets and mass merchants Generate sales through customer relationships, business reviews, and exceptional service Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, coolers, vending equipment, and backrooms Receive regular feedback via key metrics Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts and create efficiencies Execute displays, builds, and promotions (may require lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases 20-45 lbs; standing, walking, reaching, squatting while merchandising) Operate equipment for moving products (e.g., U-Boat, hand trucks, pallet jacks) Support safety culture by adhering to all safety standards and procedures Job Requirements Minimum qualifications: 18 years or older Must have a car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance Helpful experience: Account management Because the material job duties of this role involve regular field work (away from a physical Company location), including visiting customer locations and interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers of the Company, and the general public - following a conditional offer of employment, the Company has good cause to conduct a review of criminal history in accordance with applicable laws to ensure safety.
