Senior Key Account Manager QSR

For more information, visit .Job DescriptionPurpose of the RoleDrive sustainable, profitable growth within key QSR accounts, with a primary focus on Germany, by serving as a strategic partner to customers and internal teams. The role combines commercial ownership, cross-functional leadership, and customer-centric innovation, translating market and consumer insights into business opportunities aligned with Griffith Foods’ capabilities and strategy.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage the Griffith Foods-customer relationship, including:Build partnerships with key stakeholders across the customer organizationNegotiate prices and contracts in line with agreed margin expectationsOptimize margins proactively through value engineering and product mix managementPrepare forecasts and budgetsManage internal stakeholder relationships to support delivery of commercial objectivesCoordinate technical and commercial activities across the accountOrganize customer presentationsManage the development pipelineMonitor market and competitive developments and share insights with the businessOwn and execute multi-year strategic account plansResolve supply and quality issues in partnership with relevant internal teamsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field is required.A master’s degree, such as an MBA or a degree in Food Science, is preferred.Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience in the food or QSR industry will be consideredAt least 5 years of B2B sales experience within the QSR industry in Europe, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth in complex, multi-stakeholder customer environments.Experience working with QSR customers, food applications, or ingredient solutions is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Griffith Foods
