Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - PEMB Steel Erection Services Location: Fresno CA (Periodic Travel Required) Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 + Benefits Package Day to Day A leading employee‑owned construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial and industrial steel building projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from handoff through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to contracted specifications. Key Responsibilities Managing project budgets, schedules, and execution plans Reviewing contracts, scope documents, architectural drawings, and PEMB/vendor drawings Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, consultants, and internal teams Preparing progress billings and reviewing invoices for budget compliance Writing and issuing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders Leading preconstruction meetings and maintaining strong client relationships Conducting final walkthroughs and managing punch list completion Ensuring safety and insurance compliance for all subcontractors Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience) 5+ years Project Management experience in commercial/industrial construction Experience with structural steel / PEMB projects preferred Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and change orders Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong communication and client management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project/Smartsheet a plus) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain) #J-18808-Ljbffr Novax Recruitment Ltd
