Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Great Lakes Consultants Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group counseling sessions to help patients navigate adjustment issues, grief, and coping strategies during end-of-life care.

• Offering emotional support and educational resources to both patients and their families about treatment options, healthcare resources, and end-of-life planning.

Qualifications\n
