Human Resources Intern

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR Department with administrative and HR-related tasks. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in various HR functions with a focus to support our luxury retail organization. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their HR skills and gain practical exposure in a professional setting, as they embark on a career in HR. Job Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities and events, including creating related communications. Support the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing/sending offer and rejection emails. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing materials and supporting orientation sessions. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide administrative support to the HR and Retail teams. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Prepare HR-related reports and update organizational charts as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager Profile 1+ years of prior Human Resources classes or Internship experience BA or BS from an accredited university in progress Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with design software such as Canva or Photoshop Ability to work as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior leadership. Detail-oriented. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
