Technical Support Specialist

Providing remote support for customers, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will assist with issues related to hosting environments, including troubleshooting WordPress, web hosting, and DNS problems. Key responsibilities Provide timely and professional support to customers through ticketing systems and community forums Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and email services Perform in-depth investigations to identify root causes and deliver effective, long-term solutions Required qualifications Proven experience troubleshooting WordPress websites and understanding themes and plugins Solid knowledge of PHP and MySQL, with familiarity in troubleshooting Node.js applications Experience administering and supporting Linux-based environments, preferably Ubuntu Strong understanding of DNS, SSL certificates, email deliverability, and web hosting infrastructure Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
