The environment is collaborative, performance-driven, and grounded in the belief that exceptional legal results come from preparation, empathy, and strategic execution.Position OverviewThe Senior Negotiator / Attorney will take ownership of complex, high-value personal injury matters in the pre-litigation phase. This role focuses on resolving catastrophic and commercial injury cases through sophisticated negotiation, compelling demand drafting, and strategic positioning.
