Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification required
• Generalist certification required (either EC-6 or 4-8)
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English preferred)
• Experience working in special education settings
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction to students with varying needs
• Develop, review, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to enhance student learning and engagement
• Adapt curriculum and lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
