HR Generalist

HR Manager Human Services Phoenix, AZ Temp-to-Hire A growing Phoenix-area human-services organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to independently own and build out its full HR function. This is a hands-on role in a mission-driven environment where recruiting, compliance, and strong documentation are central. You'll serve as the organization's go-to HR leader, with an internal training team supporting you and real room to shape and strengthen HR processes as the organization grows. What You'll Do: Manage the full HR function as the organization's HR leader Lead recruiting efforts for ongoing openings Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation Onboarding of new employees Maintain compliance documentation to meet state audit requirements Track and process employee certification renewals and training documentation Create and maintain HR SOPs and drive process improvements Assess and help transition HR records from paper toward paperless within the existing HRIS What We're Looking For: Proven experience independently owning a full HR function Background in human services, developmental disabilities, regulated healthcare, home health or behavioral health Working knowledge of Arizona employment law Highly detail-oriented with excellent documentation discipline Self-managed and proactive Excellent communication and employee-relations skills Comfortable and effective in a close-knit, all-hands team culture Position Details: Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site) Compensation: $75,000-$80,000, plus an annual performance-based bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
