Real Estate Operations Manager

This is a high-level, full-time, in-office position based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Candidates must be local to the Santa Fe area — remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this role. You will work side by side with the Team Leaders to keep the business organized, clients informed, and every listing and transaction moving forward. You will be trusted with sensitive information, client relationships, and the operational details that keep a high‑producing real estate team running at its best.
