California Licensed Attorney | Consumer Financial Services & Banking Litigation

Fully Remote | Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 + Benefits

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Consumer Financial Services and Banking Litigation practice. This is a fully remote opportunity for a talented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling sophisticated matters on behalf of national financial institutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage a diverse caseload of consumer banking and financial services litigation matters.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on regulatory, compliance, and litigation risks.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop practical legal strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Represent financial institutions, lenders, servicers, and other industry participants in complex disputes.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar License required.
• 4 to 7 years of litigation experience .
• Experience representing banks, lenders, mortgage servicers, or other financial services institutions strongly preferred.
• Background in consumer banking, financial services, consumer finance, or related litigation required.
• Foreclosure litigation experience is a significant plus.
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and client service mindset.
