As our ecommerce business continues to grow, we're looking for digital professionals who want to directly influence how customers discover, navigate, and shop Fleet Farm online. The Opportunity Fleet Farm is seeking an SEO Coordinator to support our organic search strategy and help improve how customers find and engage with our products online. In this role, you'll optimize website content, product and category pages, and technical SEO initiatives to improve search visibility, qualified traffic, customer engagement, and ecommerce performance. This is a hands-on SEO and ecommerce analytics role for someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and turning insights into action. You'll collaborate with teams across eCommerce, Merchandising, Content, Digital Marketing, IT, and Digital Product , giving you the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work across the Fleet Farm digital experience. What You'll Do Search & Content Optimization Execute on-page SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies across product, category, and content pages. Conduct keyword research based on customer search behavior and business priorities. Optimize metadata, headings, URLs, internal linking, and page content. Partner with Merchandising and Content teams to improve product descriptions, buying guides, landing pages, and other ecommerce content. Support SEO initiatives for new products, seasonal assortments, promotions, and website updates. Analytics & Performance Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, conversions, and other key SEO performance indicators. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and potential issues. Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards. Translate SEO data into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners. Help connect search performance with customer behavior and ecommerce results. Technical SEO Monitor website health and identify technical issues that could impact organic search performance. Partner with IT and Digital Product teams on: Crawlability and indexing Page speed and site performance Structured data Other technical SEO improvements Help coordinate the identification, prioritization, and resolution of technical SEO issues. Stay current on search engine algorithm changes and evolving SEO best practices. Monitor developments in AI-powered search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) . Evaluate emerging SEO tools, technologies, and techniques. Identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility and ecommerce performance as search behavior continues to evolve. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, eCommerce, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, ecommerce, digital marketing, web analytics, or a related field. Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals and search engine best practices. Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and/or Google Search Console . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Experience with SEMrush, SEOClarity, Similarweb, or comparable tools is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical business partners. A curious, customer-focused mindset and an interest in understanding why customers search, what they find, and what ultimately drives them to purchase. Why Fleet Farm? Because this role partners closely with eCommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Content, IT, and Digital Product teams, regular in-person collaboration at our Appleton Store Support Center is an important part of the position.
