Scheduling Coordinator - Cardiovascular ASC

Position Summary The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling operating room procedures and serving as the primary receptionist and liaison between physician offices and the facility. This role includes managing all tasks associated with routine patient encounters and performing essential clerical duties. In addition, the Scheduling Coordinator supports the Clinical Director by helping coordinate the daily flow of surgical procedures to ensure efficient operations throughout the facility. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent, required Experience in the operation of a surgical suite, preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, preferred Qualifications Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments Willingness and ability to learn new technologies Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow established workflows consistently Work Schedule Hours will vary between 6:00AM - 2:30PM or 6:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday - Friday.
