2 Days One Office or 4 Days between two Locations. Offices are 25 min apart.

Position Highlights

• Full-time or part-time General Dentist position
• Minimum guaranteed salary: $175,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base - No Medicaid
• Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan
• Path to Partnership with no upfront cost

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 minimum annual salary - move to higher earnings through collections
• Health benefits available for team members working 20+ hours/week
• Paid malpractice insurance

• $2,000 Annual CE Allowance + In-house Continuing Education opportunities
• Covered DEA license renewal and professional dues

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
  
  • Restorative procedures
  • Extractions (simple and surgical)
  • Crown & Bridge
  • Endodontics (Root Canals)
  • iTero scanning
  • Implant placement experience is a plus , but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
